Hard Nips: Ready to 'Release It'

Japanese import Hard Nips are more than just a crass name. The all-girl quartet, which now calls Brooklyn home, is redefining post-punk with raucous energy and a sly sneer.

Hard Nips will release their eponymous 10" EP today on Mixpak records, and they will play a show tonight, 10 p.m., at New York City's Cake Shop (152 Ludlow Street).
